Armstrong Fingerprinting is a commissioned Notary Public in the state of Texas. There are a few requirements before requesting the services of a Notary. Please take these in mind and have them completed prior to your appointment.
- The document(s) being notarized must be complete prior to signing.
- All parties required to sign or witness the document(s) signing must be present.
- All parties required to sign or witness the document(s) signing must have government issued picture identification
- All parties required to sign or witness the document(s) signing must execute/sign the document(s) in the presence of the official commissioned Notary.
A Notary Public is an impartial witness only and by all means cannot offer any type of legal service or advice at any time, nor will we be responsible to review, disseminate or explain the contents of any document. You must fully comprehend the document you are signing and where you will be signing prior to your appointment with the Notary or we highly recommend that you personally consult legal counsel before hiring us to notarize your document(s).
As an impartial witness, the official Notary’s sole purpose is to identify all signers, and witnesses if any, and then observe/witness signers execute the document(s) presented.
